For the first time in hisory, the U.S. is faced with a generation of yo
ung adults that is projected to have lower education attainment rates than their parents.
The Chair of the National Governors Association is bringing attention to this issues by launching the initiative “Complete to Compete. For nearly all Americans, the new path to the middle class runs through College.
