		<description>That is a great thought, but I see that we have a problem with the amount of money that is funded to the K-12 we are at the bottom of all schools when it comes to dollars per student. the second problem is we have a backward funding problem to the second level education. When the economy is good and student enrollment is down we fund a lot of money to the state colleges, when the economy is bad and student enrollment is up there is lees money funded to the state colleges. I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer but don&#039;t you think this is a problem to cut budgets when student enrollments are at an all time high. I know that some one with say a little common since cam come up with a formula to average out the dollars needed on a per year basis. if they can&#039;t I would love to donate my time to help.</description>
