Utah Cluster Acceleration Partnership (UCAP) Initiative
The Utah System of Higher Education (USHE) has partnered with Utah’s Department of Workforce Services (DWS) and the Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED) to improve the coordination and leveraging of Utah’s economic development endeavors and resources. The objective of UCAP is to accelerate key industry clusters as engines of job creation and economic growth. Clusters provide a framework for formulating and implementing effective public policies and making public investments to foster economic development. For more about UCAP, click here.
