He will also develop financial models, create revenue projections, develop tuition and fee proposals, and respond to other financial issues on behalf of the Utah System of Higher Education. “I am pleased to welcome Brian to our staff. He brings many talents and wonderful experience in higher education, which will benefit our entire system,” commented Dave Buhler, Commissioner of Higher Education.
Mr. Shuppy holds a bachelor of science in economics from the University of Utah and a master in business administration from Weber State University. He has worked in higher education for over 25 years, most recently at Weber State University, where he has served as Director of Budget and Investments since 2006.
