Have you ever been on your way to school only to realize that you left your homework at home? Maybe you forgot to add that homework assignment to your USB jump drive or simply copy it from your desktop to your laptop computer so you ended up not having your homework with you when you arrived at school? Well, with online file syncing applications such as Dropbox, accidentally leaving your homework at home could become a thing of the past.

First-generation, low-income student scholarship deadlines draw near (Deseret News)

Deadlines for two substantial University of Utah scholarships are quickly approaching, and students, specifically first-generation and low-income students, are encouraged to apply. Each scholarship provides up to $5,000 annually to cover the cost of tuition, books and fees. In addition, selected students will participate in a faculty mentoring program, as well as academic and social support programs toward their educational success.

It’s a FAFSA, not an AFSA

Applying for federal financial aid is free. However, there are several websites out there that will try and charge you a fee to fill out the FAFSA. Don’t let them fool you into paying money for an application that is free to the public.
