UofU offers Brown Bag workshop on organizational change
Denis Petersen, DSc, PMP, and author of THE ART OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT, will lead a one hour workshop on guiding organization change. Topics covered include fasttracking organizational change, gaining employee commitment, minimizing disruption, and how to make your organization successsful through refocusing on people.
