We’re doing just that with a brief customer service survey that has been rolled out on our web site www.uheaa.org. Among other things, we want to find out if our:
- automatic payment system is easy to use;
- billing statements are clear and useful;
- web site is easy to navigate;
- representatives are friendly, helpful, and prepared.
