We want to hear from you!

QUESTION: What do people do when they want to find out if their customers are happy?

ANSWER: They ask them!

We’re doing just that with a brief customer service survey that has been rolled out on our web site www.uheaa.org.  Among other things, we want to find out if our:

  • automatic payment system is easy to use;
  • billing statements are clear and useful;
  • web site is easy to navigate;
  • representatives are friendly, helpful, and prepared.

If you have a loan at UHEAA (or have had one with us in the past) please take a moment to complete this short survey.  You’ll be helping us get better at serving our customers!
